My first circle of spinach was all ready so I got onto ThyHandProvided to figure out how to store it properly. I washed the tar out of it, dried it out on towels for a little while, then I decided that since I mostly use spinach ground up, I put it into the food processor and smashed it up. Then I divided into into the portion sizes I needed and froze it in ziplocks. My hope is that I will be able to just throw it in the crock pot for the stew I make that has spinach in it.
