::black family 2012::

Oh, my little Black family.
I just love them.
The big guy has gotten so big and adding the new little man to mix is such fun.
Having regulars whose pictures I take year after year is becoming one of my favorite things about taking images.
I get to watch belly's grow and little guys get big...
Love it.

::emma::

 How did this little kid turn into this kid...

I love/hate her at 14.
The boys at the movie theater were checking her out.
I almost slapped them.
But 14 is so much fun.
I can really talk to her about things and she pretends to be listening.

 That kid loves a good jumping picture.
"It's my signature move."

::quads turn two::

I am back in the saddle again!
I was so excited that my first shoot back in the groove got to be of some repeat clients.
It's so fun to watch them growing up.
The location was stunning, the light was perfect, and the little ones were a blast.
Whose next?

::Quinn photo shoot::

I was laying in bed feeding Quinn and trying to nap.  But he was wiggling around.  Lily kept "checking" on us every commercial break, which also didn't help.  I gave up on sleep.  But the lighting was perfect.  So, on my next checking in I asked Lily to bring my camera.

I love the soft fuzz on his shoulders and back.
Shooting Quinn's pictures was a spiritual experience.  I know I am still overly emotional, but taking his pictures in heavenly yellow light was surreal.  He is actually here and my soul is healed.

Lily took this one.  Love the rolls on his side.

My favorite picture ever.

Milk coma.

Taken by me with just holding the camera out.

Here is what Max was doing during Q's photo shoot.
