::first harvest::


Last night I got the first joy of harvesting fresh spinach from my garden.  We made a little salad to go with dinner.  It was really fun to actually eat the food I grew.  But now what do I do with all this spinach?  Suggestions please!

  1. OHH saute up a bunch of spinach with olive oil and garlic, then add a wedge of herb laughing cow cheese..its so yummy and way low in WW pts
